What are your shipping charges?

We have a flat rate shipping charge of £4.99 in the UK. Returns are always free in the UK. Just email us at info@sukun.co.uk and we’ll send you your free returns label. For international returns the shipping fees are non-refundable.

What is your returns policy?

We hope you love your new bedding, but just in case you need to return, we offer free returns in the UK.

We accept returns until 60 days of purchase. Pleas email us at info@sukun.co.uk and we’ll provide with a returns label. Please ensure your item is unused and in its original packaging. Please note: Personalised or monogrammed items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Can you ship outside the UK?

Please do email us if the shipping option for your destination country is not visible on the website. We can provide a custom quote on shipping charge in that case. Please note we do not handle or include import taxes - this will be the responsibility of the customer. Please also allow 10-12 working days for international shipments. For more urgent requests, you can email us for expedited shipment.

Bedding bundles

What kind of fabric do you use?

We use cotton fabric in 400 Thread count with a sateen weave. Our cotton meets the highest industry and export standard and is soft, lightweight and breathable.

What is Sateen weave?

The word “sateen” refers to a weaving technique rather than a distinct material. The sateen weave uses a pattern of one yarn under and three (or more) weft threads over. The result is a thicker, smoother, warmer and more drapey sateen texture with a very subtle sheen that looks and feels luxurious.

Where is Sukun bedding made?

Sukun bedding is made in Pakistan in accordance with exceptional international standards. A country know for being one of the largest exporters of cotton yarn.

What does thread count (TC) mean?

Thread count is simply a way of measuring the number of vertical and horizontal threads per square inch of your bed linen. The higher the thread count, the more threads there are within the fabric. We’ve specifically chosen to work with 400 TC as it is meets the optimal level of comfort, softness, breathability and of course that all important buttery soft feel.

How do I look after my Sukun products?

For a complete care guide - please read here. In general, wash cotton sheets separately with only like colours, do not dry clean and do not bleach. Throws can only be dry cleaned.

What certifications does Sukun bedding have?

Sukun bedding is Oeko Tex certified and made in a factory that is a member of the Better Cotton Initiative. Sukun is also a member of 1% of or the planet, donating 1% of all revenues towards environmental endeavours.

What is OekoTex?

Oeko Tex is a certification ensuring that our fabric is free from all harmful chemicals and toxins. Our quality control procedures are on the guidelines of ISO 9000 and OEKO TEX standards.

Where is the Better Cotton Initiative (BCI)?

Better Cotton Initiative (BCI) is a global not-for-profit organisation and the largest cotton sustainability programme in the world. BCI exists to make global cotton production better for the people who produce it, better for the environment it grows in and better for the sector’s future.

What does each bundle contain?

Each bundle has a duvet cover, a deep fitted sheet and either 2 or 4 pillowcases. If you need items independent of a bundle, send us an email and if we have in stock we’ll be happy to provide.

Can I swap the flat sheet for a fitted sheet?

If we have the items in stock, we’re always happy to accommodate. Just drop us an email with the specifics of what you’d like and we’ll get back to you at the earliest.

Is it possible to customize the bedding design?

We offer product customization for bulk orders. The minimum order quantity varies based on the level of customization. Drop us an email and we’d be happy to accommodate your request and discuss your requirements.

Do you offer monogramming service?

Yes we provide monogramming services. This is offered as a purchasable item under ‘monogramming’ on the website.

Do Super King size bundles come with Super King size pillow cases?

Super King bundles come with two standard size and two super king size pillow cases.

What kind of closures do the pillow cases have?

All pillow cases come with either an envelope closure at the edge or a central closure to ensure there is no spillage.

What kind of closures do the duvet covers have?

All duvet covers have button closures and wide enough openings to easily slide the duvet through without spillage.
