You will find aspects of their work featured in either our products, our packaging or our physical space. As being huge supporters of the art world, and realizing how difficult it is to get oneself out there - our aim is provide a platform and a canvas for young artists to display and feature their work and get as much attention as possible. Enclosed in every Sukun purchase you will find details of the artists.

This year Sukun has partnered with a Swiss based, surface designer, Virginia Fleming. Virginia’s work is created through direct responses from her surroundings, combined with memories and her abstract imaginative ideas. Having been born in Japan, and lived across Switzerland, America, UAE and Singapore - her work resonates an international, worldly charm and is influenced by each of the countries she has spent time in. She likes to create complexity within her creations, and often creates work from her subconscious letting the final piece build itself without too much planning. This allows her to remain spontaneous with her ideas and experimentation, keeping the creative process fun and exciting.

This season Virginia worked with us on the early bird pattern made using intricate paper cut craft. The design is featured on our bedding as well as packing and collateral.
